Christmas Returns Policy
We know there’s nothing better than Christmas shopping to get you in the festive spirit. We also know that sometimes you might change your mind, that’s why we’ve extended our normal returns policy over the festive period.
In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online or purchased in one of our Joules stores between Friday 25th October 2024 and Wednesday 25th December 2024 can be returned up until, and including Sunday 5th January 2025 for a full refund back to your original payment method.
Just make sure your unwanted gifts are unused, in the original packaging (if appropriate) and still have the tags attached. If you’re returning an item bought in store please bring proof of purchase.

In order to ensure your order is fulfilled by Christmas, please see below Christmas Delivery Cut off dates;
Home Delivery
For Home Delivery Orders, ensure you place your order by 8pm on Sunday 22nd December. These will be delivered to you Monday 23rd December.
Store Delivery
For Store Orders, ensure you place your order by 8pm on Sunday 22nd December.
These will be delivered into your selected store Monday 23rd December.
