We know there’s nothing better than Christmas shopping to get you in the festive spirit. We
also know that sometimes you might change your mind, that’s why we’ve extended our
normal returns policy over the festive period.
In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online or purchased in one of
our Joules stores between Friday 24th October 2025 and Wednesday 24th December
2025 can be returned after Christmas Day, up to and including Sunday 4th January
2026 for a full refund back to your original payment method.
Just make sure your unwanted gifts are unused, in the original packaging (if appropriate)
and still have the tags attached. If you’re returning an item bought in store please bring proof
of purchase.
